On this tour you will meet our head distiller who will guide you through the Irish Whiskey distilling process from start to finish. Here, you get to touch, taste and smell the different stages of whiskey production. At our tasting bar, you will be offered four signature Pearse Irish Whiskeys. While whiskey is only part of our story, it is a big part of your experience with us. You can sip and savour our range of craft Irish Whiskeys in the nave of the church as our small-batch copper pot stills are hard at work distilling our next batch.
Guided tours are hosted by our team of friendly storytellers, who will regale you with intriguing tales of fascinating local history and compelling characters dating back to the 12th Century. Our distillery tours are small in size so that you can enjoy a more personal experience and they run every hour, on the hour.
