When we first opened in the summer of 2017, we had four Pearse Irish Whiskeys fresh to the market. Our signature collection included The Original, Distiller’s Choice, Founder’s Choice and Cooper’s Select, all bottled at 42% and all with a unique flavour profile. There is only a very small amount of Batch #001 bottles of each type still in existence and currently no longer available for individual sale.

We are delighted to be working with My Ireland Tours. With a long history of providing special interest tour itineraries, they offer exciting whiskey tours of Ireland and a wealth of knowledge on many of the most popular sites to visit.

An immersive storytelling experience recreating an Irish Wake on the grounds of a 12th Century graveyard. 

Stories Beyond the Grave, an immersive storytelling experience at Pearse Lyons Distillery, will run from Friday 26^th to Sunday, 28^th of October at 7:00 p.m. in Dublin’s only boutique distillery. Take a step back in time as you are regaled by stories from the curious and colourful characters from St. James’ Graveyard and the former St. James Church.
